Carleton Physics Professor Discusses New Option for PhD Pathway

“I knew I wanted to do research in particle physics for more or less my whole life. This pathway allowed me to hit the ground running, and it was very worthwhile for me.”

Pathways to Consider

Outstanding students entering their final year(s) of their bachelor degree with extensive research experience are encouraged to discuss the PhD pathway with graduate supervisors in their participating department.

How to Apply

Applications for all graduate programs follow the same process. Please refer to our applications page for detailed information. In this particular pathway, prospective doctoral students are asked to discuss their intentions with graduate supervisors in the participating department to determine if they qualify for this direct-entry pathway.
